The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) received the petition to revive the above-identified application on October 2, 2023. The petition is incomplete.

 

The above-identified trademark application abandoned on September 21, 2023 for failure to respond to the final Office action issued on June 07, 2023.

 

An application that is abandoned for failure to respond to a final Office action may be revived upon submission of a timely petition to revive that meets all requirements of Trademark Rule 2.66. 37 C.F.R. §2.66.
