ATTENTION REQUESTED: TM Application for the mark X-PURE in Serial No. 88212602; docket no. 68044-001 T1
Importance: High

Good morning, Mr. Bradley,

Following up with you on our conversation of last week about the TM Application for the mark X-PURE in Serial No. 88212602. Have you had an opportunity to discuss the outstanding issues with your client and to arrive at a decision regarding how to cure the issues? Per our conversation, the goods are indefinite and overbroad, as listed.  Amendment to the proposed wording in the Office action of March 8, 2019, adopting the relevant classes as you see fit, would cure the deficiencies and enable us to move this application forward.

Please advise at your earliest convenience how you wish to proceed.

Thank you, and best regards,
