Thanks for your email.

I can enter the changes via examiner’s amendment. This includes separating “telescopic archery bow sights” as an intent to use good in Class 9 and leaving the rest of the class 9 goods use based. However, the goods “protective lens covers for binoculars” seem to be outside of the scope of the original identification.

Please let me know if you would like me to proceed with the examiner’s amendments (without adding “protective lens covers for binoculars”) or if you need some more time.
