Registrant's official name and entity type is "The Moody Bible Institute of Chicago" and an "Illinois not-for-profit corporation" . However, in the subject registration, Registrant's name and its entity type was incorrectly identified as "Moody Bible Institute" without "The" and "of Chicago" and a "United States Non-profit corporation" instead of an "Illinois not-for-profit corporation". Registrant is submitting this Section 7 request to correct this inadvertent error in Registrant's entity name and type. The misidentification of the entity resulted from clerical errors in the original application filing. Registrant further submits that these errors occurred in good faith and were not intentional. Because these minor errors only relate to the owner's entity type and do not materially alter the mark or broaden the identification of services, Registrant believes that the requested changes do not require republication and thus requests that a corrected registration certificate issue under TMEP Section 1609.10(b).
