Enclosed herewith is a copy of the online corporate record from the Delaware Division of Corporations site showing that Ford Motor Company is in fact a Corporation of the State of Delaware. Previous filings showing the owner as a Corporation of the State of Michigan merely identified the state of incorporation incorrectly, this was an inadvertent error.
