Registrant requests that the Current Owner Information be updated in TSDR to "Bollinger Industries, Inc." the current owner. On February 16, 2022, an assignment document evidencing the assignment of the Registration from ZAGG Inc to Bollinger Industries, Inc. was recorded in the Assignment Division as Reel/Frame 7635/0827. However, TSDR did not automatically update the Current Owner Information. Initially Registrant believed that TMEP 505.02 required Registrant to include a $100 fee with this request. However, Registrant believes that TSDR's failure to automatically update was a USPTO error as the assignment information was entered correctly and the Registration was not in a black out period that would have prevented TSDR from automatically updating. Registrant respectfully requests that the Current Owner Information be updated.
