APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED:  In accordance with the authorization granted by Anna Manville on May 19, 2015, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below.  Please advise the undersigned immediately of any objections.  Otherwise, no response is necessary.  TMEP §707.  Any amendments to the identification of goods and/or services may clarify or limit the goods and/or services, but may not add to or broaden the scope of the goods and/or services.  37 C.F.R. §2.71(a); see TMEP §§1402.06 et seq.

I.                 AMENDMENT TO THE IDENTIFICATION OF GOODS

 

 

The identification of services is amended to read as follows:

 

 

“Non-medicated toiletries; cosmetics; cosmetic preparations for the bath and shower; cosmetic preparations for body and skin care; non-medicated preparations for teeth and for hair, namely, toothpastes, hair mists, hair sprays, hair serum, hair shampoos and hair conditioners; nail care preparations and nail polish, false nails; soaps; anti-perspirants, deodorants; perfumes, eau de cologne, eau de toilette and toilet water; essential oils, massage oil; potpourri, room fragrance and incense” in International Class 3.
